Qui est Richard Thompson ?

Né le 3 avril 1949 à Notting Hill, Richard John Thompson, plus connu sous le nom de Richard Thompson, est un auteur-compositeur-interprète britannique. Il s'est marié avec Linda Thompson en 1971 mais cette union a pris fin en 1982. Parmi ses plus grands succès, on compte les chansons Shoot Out The Lights et Wall Of Death, ou bien encore 1952 Vincent Black Lightning. Il est le père de Kami Thompson et de Teddy Thompson. Il a aujourd'hui 75 ans.

Il peut aussi être connu sous les noms de Marvyn Prestwyck et de Richard John Thompson.
