Né le 5 avril 1944 à Bristol, Evan Parker est un saxophoniste de jazz anglais. Dans l'immense discographie de Evan Parker, ses œuvres les plus populaires sont probablement The Topography of the Lungs et Tie the Stone to the Wheel, mais aussi Passage to Hades.
